Past client testimonial
With a background in economics, administration, and counseling, I approach my real estate clients skillfully from all angles. Residential real estate is equal parts market analytics, organization, and relationships, and it is my joy to manage all aspects of the process.
Your home's story informs all aspects of the selling process--from pricing, to marketing, to negotiating an offer--and, next to you and your family, I aim to know your home better than anyone.
I love statistics, so you don't have to. I can offer you up-to-the-moment market data, analysis, and advice that will help inform pricing decisions on your home so that your home is well-positioned in the market. Whether it's by phone, text, email, or a good ole face-to-face visit, I pride myself on accessibility, responsiveness, and proactive communication with my clients. You'll always hear back from me quickly--and that's if you don't hear from me first.
With each listing comes an opportunity to customize a marketing plan appropriate to your home. Whether we employ newer technologies like digital floor plans, aerial video and photography, and online marketing or we go with old standbys--print and direct mail--I am committed to getting your home seen by the largest audience possible.
Whether it's on the National Register of Historic Places or it's a suburban mid-century brick ranch, your home is part of what makes up the fabric of Charleston's architectural and planning history. With every listing is an opportunity to help pass along the narratives of our city and its built environment. To list your home is a privilege and responsibility that I am honored to take on.

Leize sounds like "please" with no "p." Gaillard is pronounced "Gill-yard." Curious about the quirky pronunciations of other Charleston names? Check out my guide here.
Throughout my lifetime, I have lived or owned property in the following Charleston-area neighborhoods, so these and comparable neighborhoods are what I know best: South of Broad, French Quarter, Avondale, Old Mount Pleasant, and Wagener Terrace.
While I work with clients all over the Charleston/tri-county area, the majority of my listings are in the following areas: Downtown Charleston (upper and lower peninsula), West Ashley, James Island, and Mount Pleasant.
Any and all! I work with clients at all price points. When it comes to working with clients, a good fit between agent and client has less to do with price points and everything to do with trust and aligned goals.
While some agents may specialize in working with only Buyers or Sellers, I strive to have a balanced business between between representing both Buyers and Sellers. I find that having experience on both sides of the table makes me a better agent, regardless of where I am sitting for any given transaction. Learn more about my services to Buyer clients here.
